My name is Georgina Bradshaw and I am the owner of Blue Ram HR Solutions.    

I have over 15 years of experience in HR and Recruitment across various sectors but mainly within the technology sector, which is where my passion lies. I  spent several years working at MSP vendor Datto, where I was introduced to the MSP community.   

As the HR Leader for Datto Europe, I was part of a company that went from the UK start-up, through hyper-growth, mergers, and acquisitions, to a large international enabling me to understand what is needed to have an exceptional HR offering at different points in a companies life cycle.  

I started Blue Ram HR Solutions to provide MSPs with proactive and bespoke HR solutions and support that is aimed at their specific people needs. We understands your business context and  work in partnership with our clients to provide a service that adds value and acts as an extension of your team   I provide professional, pragmatic, forward thinking advice and services and love helping my clients to create a workplace that employees love to be part of.
